Hiroko was a great tour guide for our group – knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
She brought a booklet with some visual papers to help explain some of the sites we visited.
We enjoyed the ride down the Nihondaira Ropeway to see the Kunozan-toshogu shrine, a national treasure shrine.
Warning – LOTS of steps 🥹.
Back at the top, we visited the green tea fields, and from the observatory, we had great views of Mt. Fuji – it was a clear warm day, no snow on the mountain.
We also went to the beach, black sand, and lots of huge beautiful trees.
