Tour operator, Hirokane-San, and guide, Hama-San, were professional and thorough.
They made sure that our tour went smoothly from start to finish.
We appreciated Hama-san’s use of visual aids, especially for the grandkids, that will help us remember our time in Shimizu.
They, and the driver, accomodated our use of a portable wheelchair.
This tour was an excellent way for us to experience the best of Shimizu.
