Great experience and a fun day in Shimizu!

We had great time in Shimizu.
We booked tour for picking up us at 10:30am.
But when we came out at 10am, we thought we are too early and maybe we need to wait for 30 minutes.
Surprisingly our tour guide Kyla and her manager Mr. Hirokane both are at the port waiting for us.
Our tour guide Kyla is very knowledgeable and professional.
Her manager even arranged renting a special wheelchair free of charge for my disabled daughter to go to beach.
We are so thrilled with their service.
Kyla made our half a day Shimizu tour so fun and memorable!
If we visit Shimizu again in the future, we will definitely use their service again!
