Now many cruises have been cancelled because of the coronavirus problem.
We are receiving many cancel requests of private shore excursions at Shimizu Port.
(The ships were schedluled to call at Shimizu Port from February to April)

1) For our guests who has already booked our tour,
In the case your cruise will be cancelled, we refund you 100% of the price.
Please let us know about the cancel of your cruise as soon as possible.

In the case you cancel your cruise and our tour, we refund you 100% of the price.
Please let us know about it as soon as possible.

2) For our guests who has not booked our tour,
Please book our tours after confirming that the cruise will take place.

We do hope this coronavirus problem will converge very soon.
