GREAT Guide, Very enjoyable tour

Can not say enough good about our Guide, Mr. Hero. He was remarkably welcoming, kind, informed and accommodating (as was our driver, Mr Saturo). Hero’s command of the English language was incredible, and his pronunciation/accent so very good. We were lucky with weather and had beautiful views of Mt Fuji for the better part of the day. The Tanuki Lake was beautiful and peaceful, with Mt Fuji in the background, and the “White Threads Waterfalls” were sooo beautiful (complete with a hovering rainbow the entire time we were there). If you are in the Shimizu area, we would highly encourage you to seek out Mr. Hero as your guide – he made it an experience that significantly exceeded our expectations.
