Phantastic tour of Shimizu from the cruise terminal

We took a private tour from Shimizu port to Shiraito Falls, Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine and Miho no Matsubara.
We had an excellent guide in Hero and an equally excellent driver in Ted.
Both were looking after my mother, who has a difficulty walking and went out of their way to make her comfortable including renting a wheelchair for her at both the falls and the temple.
They were also very knowledgeable about the history and customs of the area.
We learned a lot about the goddess of Mt Fuji, the springs at the temple and about Shimizu in general. But what made our trip the most exceptional were not the beautiful sights or the good weather but the kindness and consideration we received from both of them.
We were treated more like friends than customers.
We would take a trip with either or both of them at any time. We had a great day which we will not forget I would also like to thank Mr Hirokane Ishikake who made very good suggestions about what trip to book and what to see, paying special attention to my mothers walking problem and creating a special tour for us.
We give the whole company 10 of 10 points!
