Nihondaira Plateau (awarded one of top 100 Japanese tourist attractions)  You will stop at a roadside of Nihondaira. You can enjoy beautiful view of Mt.Fuji, green tea farm, Deep blue Suruga Bay.  Large bus tours will not take you to this nice spot.)   You may also visit Nihondaira Yume Terrace which opened in November 2018. From the 360° open air deck, you can enjoy the spectacular view of  Mt.Fuji, town of Shimizu, Shimizu port, Miho Pine Tree Grove,Izu Peninsula, Japanese southern Alps. more detail

Kunozan Toshogu Shrine  (A National treasure) This shrine is connected with Nihondaira Plateau by cable way (one way :5 minutes), Please enjoy the spectacular view from the cable way. The national treasure shrine that has regained its brilliance from 400 years ago. You can visit the mausoleum of Tokugawa Ieyasu, who was the most famous Shogun in Japan.
Note: There are stone steps at this shrine and there are no slope for wheelchair users. If you or one of your member is notar ease walking, it will be difficult to visit this shrine. In this case, we recommend you to stay at Nihondaira (and not ride the ropeway to the shrine).

Note:

Please understand that it depends on the weather whether you can see Mount Fuji or not.  At Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, there are about 40 stone steps and there are not slopes for wheelchair users. If you or your member is not good at walking, we recommend you to stay and enjoy at Nihondaira Plateau or Nippondaira Hotel (view from here is really beautiful) and wait for other members’ return back by cable way.
