Amazing shore excursion!!

Communication prior to or scheduled tour was amazing.
Hirokane messaged me thru what’s app to confirm everything prior to our tour.
He answered all my questions and easily added another couple to our group when asked.
He sent photos of our meeting spot and even changed it and sent new photos when he learned that our ship was docking at a different terminal.
When we got off the ship, Kiyo was waiting with my name on a sign just as we exited the ship— exactly as Hirokane had described.
We made our way to the van and our journey began.
Kiyo was amazing describing all the sights.
She had pictures to explain some things while we were between stops.
She also provided us with wonderful refreshing wipes since it was soooo hot.
She also shared some wonderful japanese snacks as well as some salt tablets to prevent dehydrated.
She encouraged us to drink lots of water as well.
Kiyo answered all of our questions ( and between the 8 of us there were a lot!)
She even gave us each a little gift that she had made as we left.
We saw Mt Fuji, went on the ropeway,saw the shrine, went to a tea farm and had teas, went to an observatory and the beach.
It was a fabulous day for all of us. Also dropped some off for shopping after tour and returned others to ship as requested
